Ms. Lutfi is an accomplished trial attorney focusing her practice in the areas of employment law, immigration and business immigration law, security clearance appeals, and business litigation.  

Ms. Lutfi's legal career began as a public servant.  She tirelessly fought for clients' rights in the appellate and trial divisions in Palm Beach County Court. Her dedication and commitment to justice took her from her home state of Florida to the District of Columbia where she represented clients in  civil litigation, Federal  immigration court, and before the USCIS. 

Beyond her litigation work, Ms. Lutfi was also the host of a legal talk show.  Through interviewing local politicians, attorneys, and members of the judiciary, she was able to bring the law to the listening audience in an approachable manner.

Francine R. Martin, Esq.


Ms. Martin serves as an of counsel capacity with our firm.  Her practice areas include probate, estate planning, trust administration, guardianship and probate litigation. ​ She is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is an active member of the Brevard Bar Association.  Ms. Martin also has a satellite office in Vero Beach, Florida.

​​Ms. Martin graduated with Honors from the University of Central Florida, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies. She then worked as a Paralegal for several years, mainly in the field of probate and guardianships, until she began attending Florida A&M University College of Law.

In law school, Ms. Martin interned as a Guardian Ad Litem for two terms, representing the best interests of children in dependency proceedings at the Juvenile Justice Center in Orlando. She received her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law.

Ms. Martin is a 15-year resident of Brevard County and currently lives in Melbourne with her husband Chris, also an attorney, and their three children: Rebecca (9), Connor (8) and Damian (3).
