Requirements for Children
There is no minimum age requirement for Global Entry. However, if you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s consent to participate in the program. Your parent or legal guardian does not have to be a Global Entry member.
Frustratingly, sometimes a person’s denial letter will not provide concrete information on the reason for their denial. If this occurs, then performing a Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") request may be a good option in order to obtain more of an explanation on the reason for your denial. We can make the FOIA request on your behalf to try to understand why you were denied or had your Global Entry revoked. Once we know why it happened, we can then see if there are mitigating circumstances and or a reasonable defense to be made on your behalf.
